The Seseh · Business model

The rooms are the front door.

How the accommodation and the membership work together — and reinforce each other, instead of competing for the same beds.

The Seseh isn’t a hotel with a club bolted on, nor a club that can’t fill its rooms. The huts and the membership run on one engine: a stay is how you experience the estate before you belong. Every paid night is two things at once — revenue, and a qualified route into membership.

So we never need 150 members to fill twelve rooms. We need the right blend of guests — and most of them become members.
