The Seseh is a private members’ club and boutique stay on one of Bali’s most beautiful beachfront estates. Designed for people who don’t just visit Bali — but live it. Built around movement, wellbeing, creativity and real connection, every space embraces outdoor living while balancing privacy, understated luxury and a strong sense of community.
At The Seseh, we believe true well-being comes from living in harmony. Inspired by Bali’s timeless wisdom, every space, experience and connection is designed to restore balance — within and around us.
Every space, experience and connection at The Seseh serves one of the three — so life, here, flows in balance.
The estate currently comprises three villa compounds — Cantik, Makanda and Kalima — with pools, gardens and shared paths. Almost all structures are single-storey; the only first-floor space is four rooms above the living rooms of the two main villas.

Every space belongs to one of five worlds. Scroll through each — area by area, exactly as it comes to life.

Now see it all together — move across the estate, and each zone lights up with the space it becomes.
The rooms and the wellness are the setting. The living calendar of experiences is the heartbeat — the reason to belong, curated week after week and season after season. It is the hardest thing to copy, and the strongest reason members renew.

A rotating calendar that evolves with the members and the seasons — the programme deepens as the community grows.
A curated community. Not a crowd.
The Seseh is intentionally limited to 300 members. We believe the value of the place is created by the people.
For people who want to fully embrace the lifestyle and contribute to The Seseh community.
After six months of active participation, members may be invited into the House Circle.
The House Circle is a small group of members who help preserve the culture and spirit of The Seseh.
We are not a membership you can buy your way into. We are a community of like-minded people who contribute positively to the experience.
Tell us about yourself and why you’d like to join The Seseh.
We get to know you and share more about our community.
You’re invited to experience The Seseh as our guest.
Our team and House Circle review to ensure alignment.
If it feels like the right fit, we’ll invite you to join.
We believe The Seseh should also belong to the people who call Bali home. Balinese residents are welcome to apply for Local Membership, offered at 50% of the standard membership fee — with selection based on the same values as every other member.
Small enough to know each other.
Everyone belongs equally.
Leadership is earned.

Live better. Together.
Every year we give ten young people from Bali a scholarship, a mentor, and a place in our community.
We don’t ask for anything in return. The Academy is our gift to the local community — a simple way to show respect and gratitude to the place that makes The Seseh possible.

The Academy is how The Seseh lives Solidarity — harmony with others and community.
The Seseh grows in three phases — never committing major capital before the concept is proven. It starts here, on the existing Seseh estate, with the sublease running to October 2029.
Transform the Shalimar estate into The Seseh and run it, day to day.
Grow a loyal member base and the living calendar that keeps them coming back.
Establish proven operations — the foundation for securing the land and expanding.
Our sublease runs to October 2029 — enough runway to prove the model. From there we secure the estate for the long run through Santiago's Right of First Refusal on a new land lease.
We operate the Shalimar estate under a sublease to October 2029 — the window to build The Seseh and prove the concept.
Santiago's Right of First Refusal lets us secure a new 25-year land lease — keeping The Seseh on the estate, on terms negotiated once the model has delivered.
The Seseh becomes a network of private members’ clubs — each new location financed from the cashflow of the one before it. Bali first, then Asia, then further afield.
Every stage gates on the last: proven demand and financial performance before the next site is signed.
